Returns

You are welcome to lodge a return request within 14 days of receiving your Balmii product/s. To lodge a request, please email us directly at hello@balmii.com.au for all returns. We only offer store credit for change of mind. No refunds. The amount credited will be minus original shipping charges.

Product must be unused with fully intact packaging. Once we receive your return we will assess the product and then issue you with a store credit. Cost to ship your return will be at Shipping costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend when sending your order back to us using a trackable service as we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns

We do not offer returns on any sale items. 

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately we're unable to offer exchanges, however please feel free to return your product so we can issue you with a store credit and you can repurchase what you would like on our site.

 

Product Warranty & Faults

For all Balmii products we offer a 6 month warranty on faulty items caused in the manufacturing process only. To issue a refund please email hello@balmii.com with proof of the product fault and proof of purchase ie: order number, retail receipt, bank statement.

 

Please note by high winds and negligent use will void your warranty. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
